 | | Your Hosts - Jim and Debbie Powers | Welcome to 27 Village Del Prado and 55 Village Del Lago! As owners of these two wonderful vacation rental condos, we would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are Jim and Debbie Powers. We are originally from Indiana. We visited St. Augustine for the first time in 2001. In a very short time we fell in love with this community, its culture, music, arts, restaurants, climate, and of course the spectacular beach. We have since moved permanently to St. Augustine and now reside in a home that we have built in Ocean Gallery just a hop, skip, and a jump from both of these condos (that should tell you something about how we feel about Ocean Gallery). Since moving here we have found that we are a bit unusual in the condo business in that many rental owners do not live on-site or nearby to ensure that their units are well maintained for their guests. Living so close, we are now able to give these condos the care and attention that we feel you deserve when you spend your vacation here. We inspect each condo personally after every guest has departed and the cleaning has been completed in an effort to make sure that our new guests have a clean, well maintained condo to call home while visiting St. Augustine. We hope you will look closely at this website and we encourage you to contact us with any questions you might have about our condos, Ocean Gallery, or St. Augustine. We feel it’s important that you, our guests, know exactly what you are getting so that your vacation is just what you hoped it would be. If, after your questions are answered, you decide we have what you want, great! If not, maybe we can steer you in the right direction and maybe even tell you about a good local restaurant or two.
